MP3 Tags

Can anyone help me with this, I've updated from opus 9 to 10. Now the mp3 tags don't show in the right viewer pane. I'm looked all over can find anything. F9 for the metadata brings up a screen but it just has extended properties and standard properties.

In settings -> customize -> commands tab you can search for "meta", which brings up two icons, of which one is
"metadata display", the other one "edit metadata". Of course you have MP3 metadata fields only when you´ve
selected music files.

The old MP3 viewer plugin has been removed as the new Metapane offers superior functionality.

are you saying the tags don't show in the right pane? and how do you get this metapane to show the tags

all I have under settings is customize toolbars?
here is a picture of my screen

I think this indicates that the MIME type for MP3 files on your system is set wrongly. If you run regedit.exe and navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.mp3, what is the value of Content Type set to?

here is a screen shot

If you edit it and change the value to audio/mpeg does it start working?

We will add support for audio/mp3 as well to the next version.

Yes the fields show up now. Not sure I like this better than the old one, but it will work. Thanks for your help
Look forward to the next version as well.
