I have a button with MS-DOS functions, is it possible to set the window size ?

You can set the size of Command Prompt windows via the menu in their window icons (top left). An option in there can save the new size as the default.
Can you imagine I use Windows since Windows 95 and I never knew these options, that I think they exist for a loooooong time !

Yes, the option has been there for quite a while. At least Windows 98. I can't recall if it was there in Windows 95. I'll admit to saying something, "Oh cool!" when I found out about it all those years ago. lol
