I seem to coming up against an age-old preview problem with MS Office files - they do not preview in either DOpus or File Explorer.
I tried repairing the Office programs and checking the config of ActiveX (MS legacy is turned off and the file extensions are all where they should be) but no avail.
Short of diving into MultiView/Oracle territory (of which I know nothing) I've tried to dig through google search and our forum here for a fix but keep coming up against either very old posts or "c'est la vie" surrender.
Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
