Hi,

I have been using, and evangelising DOPUS since the early days, first discovering it on an AMIGA magazine disc. I can remember blowing the minds of PC owning friends with the power and agility of the AMIGA and the amazing file handling of DOPUS.

Please would you clear up something for me. I have a memory of opening multiple floating, more than two, windows and shuffling, copying, and reading files to my heart's content.

Am I dreaming or was this real, and if so, how would I achieve this today.

Microsoft must cry when they see how poor Explorer is to DOPUS. I have spent many an hour watching the eyes of IT professionals grow wider and wider as I showed off my meager understanding of this amazing software.

My thanks for keeping this amazing program relevant to modern day use. I would however love to see an easier way of customizing what is seen on screens, colours, fonts labels and titles etc. Maybe the ability to switch a live screen to ‘edit’ mode and be able to effect changes live. For instance, using the mouse to grow or shrink a menu buttons or rows or columns which automatically increase font sizes. The preferences menu is very comprehensive but has a deeply nested structure and I find, easy to get lost in.

Keep up the good work, Long Live DOPUS!

If you mean copying between top-level, single-display windows using the **Copy Files** and **Move** toolbar buttons, it's off by default now but can be turned on with this option:

**Preferences / File Displays / Options / Single display Listers have source/destination modes**

Other methods of copying between windows (e.g. drag & drop, copy & paste) work as before whether the option is on or off.

> I don't think Opus keeps a history list of source tabs you could access. But we can keep our own and use v13's new Evaluator to create a dynamic button sunglasses Give this a try. Might need a bit of fine-tuning. I leave adding the MOVE functional…
