Navigating using the Up-Arrow

I would like to be able to control what is listed in the GO-UpArrow.

On the hold-down action, this is the list that comes up.

I would like to eliminate some of the functions on that list. This list somehow seems to be tied in with USEQUALKEYS. I did a search in a help file for USEQUALKEYS, which I found several examples. I'm still at a loss for words. I would like to be able to eliminate some of the functions on that list. When I hold down the Go UpArrow I see the above list. I do love the way the action works but I would like to be able to take some of the items off the list and maybe add an item in the future.

In all the years I have used Opus I never used this function. Now I see it as a great way to navigate.

It's configured like any other menu, via Settings / Customize.

I was going in wrong. When the in edit mode I did a right-click and this is what came up:
Go UP BACK USEQUALKEYS

This time I went in holding down the left mouse button showing me the list and basically what I need to do.

I still would like to know a bit more about USEQUALKEYS.
Thanks for the fast reply and help. It looks like it is going to be a lot easier than I figured it would be

Scroll down to near the bottom to find USEQUALKEYS.
