Need help with this annoying problem. Thanks

Using Dopus 11.4 x86. And i have following problem:
When i insert USB Stick USB Drive will not appear until i refresh all
or if delete any file/folder i need manually to refresh all so changes will be visible othervise deleted file/folder remain until i change dir and go back or refresh all command.

Any kind of Help? Thank in Advance

Does it appear in the Windows Explorer, then? If not, maybe it is rather a problem within Windows. You could try to delete the file INFCACHE.1, which contains information for device drivers.

You can find that file in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore.

Deletion should be safe, since Windows will restore a (hopefully) fixed version of that file.

11.4 is very old now, with plenty of free updates since then. If you're having a problem, the first thing to do is update.

Please link your account if you're still having trouble after that, and we can go through ways to diagnose what's going wrong.

This happen to me and before , i was on opus 10 and even i update to opus 11.4 its same problem

Is possible because i restore older backup to new opus ?

Thanks

Just install the latest version over the top of the one you are using. As long as you do not uninstall (which is not needed), your existing settings will be kept.
