Network locations

Windows File Explorer has a setting to create Network Location without mapping a drive letter. This is still my only use for File Explorer. I did search in the Commands but there are only the settings to connect or disconnect a drive letter

Add a network location, you can try this address.
shell:::{D4480A50-BA28-11d1-8E75-00C04FA31A86}

You can access UNC paths directly, just by putting them into the location bar, favorites, aliases or toolbar buttons.

Adding a network location isn’t really required or useful AFAIK, if you aren’t mapping a drive letter to it.

Understood. It is kind of neat if they appear in the list though

How about the 1st hit from Google: Redirecting ?

Opus has this command as well, just right-click on the background of the This PC folder.
