Parden me, I'm new to Opus, and am confused. I've spent quite a bit of time trying to make a lister save just the way it appears on my screen, and I don't get it?
I want the lister to reopen exactly in the size, position, and folder sort that existed when I closed it. I don't want this lister to affect the 'default', or any other lister. Hope I got the terminology straight.
The small screen at the top is created when I insert the my D3 Compact Flash card in my reader.
The Lower screen displays the folders from my 2008 work flow, sorted latest first Help greatly appreciated - IM
Use Settings -> Lister Layouts -> Save This Lister.
Then go to Settings -> Preferences / Listers / Layouts and select what you just saved. At the bottom of the Preferences window are some checkboxes which change the way the layout is opened.
There are various ways to open the layout you have just saved. One of them is to right-click an empty space on the Desktop and use the list of layouts that should be in the context menu. You can also create hotkeys, toolbar buttons or items in the tray icon's context menu.
