I've suddenly lost all the menus at the top of the dopus window. I'm not sure what to do about this. See the attachment.
Left-click the window icon (in the titlebar, very top left, next to where it says "C:" in your screenshot).
The menu that appears will have Customize... as one of the options. Use that and on the Toolbars tab you should be able to turn on some toolbars again.
When you're done, right-click the empty space on any toolbar to open its context menu, then choose Toolbars > Set as Default Toolbar Set. (There are also options in the same menu to revert to the default toolbar set, or even factory reset the toolbars, if you need them.)
barryburd, do you rename your toolbars ?
Last week, I rename all my toolbars in Customize window. Some toolbars were saved in default Lister. So after renaming, new Lister is display without any toolbars.
Maybe user should be alert when toolbar are rename if toolbar is part of default Lister or automatically replace in default Lister.
