No order acknowledgement, no license for recent upgrade

I upgraded my license from 10 to 12 on Dec 17. I see the credit card transaction at my bank. I got no acknowledgement from you by email nor any license email. (Not in spam either). I tried to login to my account but you do not recognize my email address nor my license code from v10 which is all I have. Also after downloading v12 it failed to install and now when the software starts all I get are failed DLL messages.

How do I go about getting this resolved. Very unhappy.

If that still fails, or the email doesn't arrive after a couple of minutes, please email sales@ with the details and they will fix things for you. (Name and email address should be sufficient; old reg code can help if you have it.)
