No registration code after purchase?

Hi,

I purchased Dopus this morning but didn't receive a Registration code or certificate.

I can't get support as my trial has expired and contrary to what the purchase email says, my email is apparently not in the database.

Any suggestions?

You should contact GPSoft directly via their Sales Enquiries email address which is listed here:

The database shows that you paid via a PayPal eCheque, which takes around four days to clear.

Same for me but i've paid with a VISA card, is it also long to get the registration done ? (that's silly but i hoped to be able to use my USB Export tomorrow cause i'm leaving for a three days vacation)

OK - thanks for letting me know - yes, it was a Paypal bank account debit - may take even up to 10 days. Ugh.

And I bet the money is gone from your account the next day - floating around in nowhere land earning someone other than you interest :slight_smile:

If you pay online with a credit card (or via paypal using a credit card) then the registration is processed instantly. If you haven't got it you should check your spam filters as this is usually where lost registrations end up.
