I've gone ahead and uninstalled Classic Shell, Reverted to the default Windows 10 theme, uninstalled Dopus, restarted my computer, reinstalled Dopus and unfortunately I still have the same issue. I'm using StartIsBack for my start button, but that only effects the start button, I've had success using it alongside dopus on my other systems so I'm positive that's not the issue.
