Not allowed to save in selected location

I have a problem in Adobe Photoshop which I suspect comes from Directory Opus. Having opened a file in Photoshop and treated it, I used to "save as" a jpeg in the same folder. Now when I try to do this, I receive the following message:

I am the administrator! How do I contact myself and what do I do? Would very much appreciate help with this

Adobe Photoshop has nothing to do with Directory Opus.
Can you create for example a new text/image file in that folder or copy some file to it?
Use Explorer to rule out Directory Opus.

Opus has no effect on folder permissions (unless you explicitly tell it to do something), nor on the Save As dialogs in any programs.
