Does DOpus 10 support the new ODX protocol as used in Windows 8 and Windows 2012. From my understanding it works when using Windows Explorer or any program that copies files using Windows Explorer. I'm not sure if the DOpus file copy engine will support this.

Not currently (except when using Opus to launch a shell file copy, of course).
My understanding from MSDN's Offloaded Data Transfers page is that ODX is only available in a small number of cases at the moment, but if it becomes more mainstream then it is of course something we will look at. (We may do anyway, of course.)
