Online Help URL Contents links at the top instead of down the side

Hi Guys
Is this intentional?
I am used to the Contents being down the LHS

Try forcing a reload (including refreshing the cache) - depends on the browser, but often you can do this by shift-clicking the reload button.

Strange not working (Issue with Mozilla)
Chrome is fine so must be my browser....
