Open With context menu opens app but not file

I tried searching but didn't find an answer, so any help would be appreciated.

When I right-click a graphics file and select Open With -> XYZ program, it opens XYZ program (in this case Hornil Stylepix) but it doesn't open the image. I tried it in Explorer and it works just fine.

Please run FileTypeDiag for the file extension being opened and attach the results.

We found a problem on our side, triggered by the way StylePix registers its Open With action, and we have created a fix which will be included in the next Opus update.

(StylePix isn't doing anything wrong, just something unusual that relies on a case that was not well documented in the Windows API. Now that we've seen it, we've fixed our side to handle this case.)
