The OpenOffice toolbar that comes with Opus is missing quote marks around the %1 filename arguments. This means it doesn't work if you try to open a file whose path contains spaces.
A fixed version of the toolbar is attached. This should be included in the next Opus release as well. (I'm not sure if existing copies of the standard toolbars get overwritten by the installer so you may need to grab it anyway.)
To install the corrected version:
[ul][li]Close the OpenOffice toolbar if it's open in Opus.[/li]
[li]Type /dopusdata/Buttons into the location field in Opus.[/li]
[li]Copy the OpenOffice.dop file from inside the attached zip over the old version in the Buttons directory.[/li]
[li]Re-open the toolbar.[/li][/ul]
(One way to close and open toolbars is via Settings -> Customize -> Toolbars. Another way is via the menu which appears when you right-click the empty space on a toolbar.)
