Option to shift for Focus to next Folder in Folder Tree on Folder delete

If you have a LOT of subfolders in a folder and delete one, the focus seems to hyperspace back to the parent folder. That can be a long way from where you were trying to sort out your folders.

Could we have the option to shift for Focus to next Folder in Folder Tree on Folder delete.

This post indicates this is fixed in Beta 10.0.1.2, but it doesn't work for me today in 13.6. Is it a bug? What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your consideration,
Trev

There’s already an option for that in the Folder Tree Preferences.

OK, sorry, I think I wasn't clear enough. Let me correct that and try again:

There's already an option for that.

I was wrong about where to find it, though. It's here:

Preferences / File Operations / Deleting Files / Automatically select next file after deleting
