When I try to convert multiple pictures files to a smaller file the program is crashing/freezing and need to be restarted, one file converting was o.k., this was the situation on a computer with high specs only 1 year old.
Recently we installed a new very fast PC (I7 - 32gb Ram - 512gb SSD etc) in the office and all programs where installed off coarse fresh, and what surprises me most is that now I can even convert 1 picture anymore.
Please solve this problem for me a.s.a.p because specially this function I use a lot and its very frustrating
that I cant even convert picture by picture now!
