That looks like an old version of Opus from what's shown in the folder tree (extra Music, Pictures, etc. folders under This PC, which newer versions of Opus should filter out).
Is the installed version up to date?
For extra drives, try running this from an administrator command prompt, and then reboot:
mountvol /r
If that does not get rid of them after a reboot, you can use the NoDrives
registry setting to hide unwanted driver letters from Opus and Explorer:
