Opus upgrade issue

Hi
I am having difficulty upgrading Opus 12 Pro from V12.16 x64 (build 7143) to V12.20. There's been a plethora of notifications saying it was ready to install and the .exe file is in the dowload folder but it does not install. I've repeatedly downloaded the .exe and repeatedly tried to install. All to no avail. Never had a single previous installation issue.

Any ideas gratefully received!

Have you tried downloading the installer from our website instead of the update checker?

If that still fails, what is the error message, if any?

Could your antivirus be blocking things?
