Order (Misorder?) of root folders

The image of the folder tree shows the root directory as "Desktop" followed by "This PC" and thirdly by "OS (C:)". Maybe I mistakenly caused this arrangement or maybe Microsoft did or perhaps it is in an option within Directory Opus. I have unsuccessfully researched the issue. I am used to seeing "OS (C:)" as the top level directory and I want to know how to implement this. Many thanks.

That's the hierarchy as defined by Windows.

In Opus 13 (you can try the public beta now if you want) we've added options to let you move things around.
