Pasting into a lister, prompt for name instead of clipboard.jpg?

I see this but that doesn't tell my how to change the default behavior of pasting into a lister.

Possible?

Edit the Ctrl-V hotkey (Help > Keyboard Map) and change it to run Clipboard PASTE AS=ask.
