Path completion broken when set to "When I press the cursor keys"

When Path completion in path fields is set to When I press the cursor keys, path completion no longer works, and the popup list doesn't appear upon typing a sub-folder's name or a path separator character (:, /, \), or when pressing the Up/Down keyboard keys.

With the option set to the value Automatically, as I type, the feature works as expected.

System information:

- Directory Opus v12.23.1 Beta x64 Build 7710
- Microsoft Windows 10 v20H2 OS Build 19042.804
