How about make a pause botton when you transfer files Between disks, some times you start one to many get a bit slow .Whold be nice to have pause bottun there 
Goto the Preferences->File Operations->Copying (2) page and enable the Show progress bar speed timer when copying from or to: option and you should get both a Skip and a Pause button in the copy dialog.
