When choosing icons, Internal Icon set is set to "All Icons (default)". Is there a way to set this to "All Icons (Combined) and make it the default. I am finding that icons for buttons in toolbars show with this setting, and if that was the default I would not have to change individual button icons that don't show with the current default.
Support++ This would eliminate a click every time an icon is chosen.
