I purchased a single license and installed on my PC. I have a personal laptop that I sometimes use to connect to work. I tried installing the license on my laptop and it says "The Program Certificate is not valid." Is there something different I need to use to use it on my laptop?

Do you install the same certificate/file in both cases? Make sure it's the correct file, not e.g. an older evaluation cert.
Sorry, this is my fault. I was connected to my work vpn when I tried to save the file from my gmail and instead it saved as a "access denied" message from IT under the same file name.
I was able to copy and past the key. All is good now
