In v13.11, here are some menus among other for which I don’t think there is a settings to customize font.
Apart from increasing system DPI, it would be nice to do it in DOpus.

Those are standard system menus. The font/size is determined by Windows, and scales with the system display scaling (DPI) setting in the Windows Display settings.
There is a Windows registry hack that allows you to change the font in system menus.
I can't recommend it, as this changes all of the system font, not just menus; and as Microsoft have been slowly removing any configurability in Windows versions since 95 so a differently sized or pitched font might break things, at least visually. And of course, playing with registry is never a good idea unless you know exactly what you're doing and know how you're going to reverse the changes if you don't like them.
I have no problem with that but I think it would cause the same issue as increasing the global DPI scale.
