Open PowerShell Here has one way to do it.
The CLI command has arguments for changing the normal Command Prompt colors.
Editing the default Tools menu is possible in Opus Pro.
If you're using Opus Light, the default menu is not editable but you can add additional toolbars and/or hotkeys for custom actions (single-line commands only).
