Prefs RESTORE=replace,all

I have an Opus backup file MyBackup.ocb which includes an Images folder containing 3 image files. My current configuration in /dopusdata includes an Images folder with dozens of images. According to the description in the Help file...

Prefs RESTORE=replace,all FROM MyBackup.ocb

Replaces your existing configuration completely (corresponds to the similarly named option in the wizard). If you select this, your existing configuration is deleted before the restore is done.

On checking /dopusdata after executing a replacement restore, the images folder still contains dozens of images, rather than the expected 3. I have also tried an explicit Prefs RESTORE=replace, images, sounds, data, localstate with the same result. Clearly, images are being merged rather than replaced.

Yeah - it also happens with Icon Sets... after each upgrade, I always get the DOpus9.dis file sticking around... which I delete after install.

Yet, other things - such as DOP files in the Buttons folder do in fact get deleted. I also normally don't keep the Applications, Drives, Office or OpenOffice toolbars around, and doing a 'Prefs RESTORE=replace, all' of my golden config backup successfully nukes those default toolbars that get re-added by upgrade installations.

Not sure how many other bits DON'T work such as you've seen with Images and me with Icons...

I ran a quick test and can confirm that the following don't get nuked:

Images
Sounds
Themes
Photo Sharing
Logs
Bug Reports
