I have a button that is the "presets list" from the Find tool:
But when it's in "show icon" mode, it won't show me what my presets are. They are icons that don't tell me the names of the presets:
And if the button is in "show labels" mode it has the first preset shown, that I don't want. I would want the main icon for the button itself. Also it's weird because the button displays my recent "MUSIC" preset but clicking the button doesn't actually trigger the "MUSIC" search anyway, it just opens the menu.
So can there be a button type that is an icon for the button itself but labels for the menu so that I can have both please? (And why the "MUSIC" label got forced into the main button instead of being an entry in the menu?)
That's a bit awkward among the other buttons, but it is helpful that I have the word.
Sorry I got messed up about the 'MUSIC' label. I should have double checked.
It's actually a preset group, not a preset. So that makes more sense of why it became the button label. Think I'm actually going to stick with the label only. I could rename the group to be appropriate for a button.
Don't ask me why I had JPG and PNG under a "Music" heading, cause I don't know either.
Ok, I changed it to a "menu" type button instead of a "button menu" type.
And gave it an external tag icon. So now it's just an icon and the menu items work good as text.
It's becoming extremely sweet.
I'm surprised that it actually reads all my advanced find presets and groups them into the menu.
Frikkin sweet.
I could find filetypes with wildcards if I wanted, but I made them as tags too if needed.
So each preset has a bunch of tags that abbreviate into the one word of the preset of what I'm looking for at the time.
I wish that I could reorder the menu groups though, without having to number them to put them in a custom order.
Do these advanced find presets get backed up when exporting the Dopus data?
