Problem launching Directory Opus from a laptop pointstick button

I want to launch Directory Opus using a laptop pointstick button.

When activating Opus from a pointstick button, I would like Opus to respond the same way it does when I double-click on the desktop (that is, 'Bring the last active Lister to the front (new Default Lister if no listers open)').

In Preferences, I have the 'Double-click on the Desktop' preference turned on, with the 'Bring the last active Lister to the front (new Default Lister if no listers open)' option selected.

I've tried different ways to get this to work (i.e., setting the pointstick button to run dopusrt.exe, setting the pointstick button to run a batch file which runs dopusrt.exe with parameters such as /runopus, etc.), but have had limited success.

Can you suggest how I might get this to work?

Thanks

Set it to run:

"C:\Program Files\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\dopusrt.exe" /acmd Go NEW LASTACTIVELISTER

The pointstick utility wouldn't allow command line parameters to be used, so I created a dopusrt shortcut containing the parameters you provided, and then had the pointstick button invoke the shortcut instead.

Works beautifully, thanks!
