Problems to Delete a Folder from Collection ?bug?

I copied 8 Folders to Collection (directly below the root "File Collections") . This Folder are complex with many subfolders.

When I tried to remove this Folders and Subfloders and Files only from the Collection using the button "Remove File from a Collection", they was not removed.

I could remove the files, but not the folders.

How I can safely remove the 8 Folders, Subfloders and Files without delete they?

If you turn on the Location column, what does it display for the folders inside the collection?

Also, if you right-click one of them is "Remove from Collection" an option?

The Folder of first level has Location "File Collection" and the right click not has the option "remove from collection". The subfolders has Location "C:\Documents and Settings\Junior\Mis documentos\My EverNote Files" and has the option of "remove from collection".

I could remove the Sub-Folders and Files, but not the Folder in first level.

One of them is very complex, with many Subfolders. Can I remove safely the Subfolders in this case?

If the location is a normal directory outside of File Collections then it's a link to a folder. Double-clicking it will take you to the actual folder. To remove a folder-link you should highlight it and use the Remove From Collection button.
