Quickview and modify documents

My Opus Setup is details View on Left Pane and lister viewer pane on the right. each file I click on I see in the lister viewer on the right pane.

examples are texts files, word documents, etc..
but all I can do is read. not modify it.

is there a way to open ms word in the right panel?
so that as I click on a file in the left pane, it appears in word on the right pane.
so I can modify the document. and save it. and move on to the next doc.

If you have Word or OpenOffice (with the ActiveX control) installed then you should be able to view (and edit to a limited degree) Word documents in the Opus viewer pane via the ActiveX Document plugin. Try the configuration options if it isn't working.
