Recovery of copy queue after crash

Hi
I have the problem that sometimes directory opus is crashing. This is sometime occuring if I want to drag a file to another folder.

If this is happening (and directory opus is crashing) and you are having a long copy queue the copy queue gets lost as well. Waiting until the queue is finished is not an option since typically only the current item on the list will be processed. The next items won't be copied and the queue progress freezes as well.

Is there a way to store / backup the queue and be able to recover it after restarting directory opus?

Better to fix the crash, as it’s not normal.

A crash during drag and drop could be due to a shell extension something has installed, as one possibility.

Were any crash logs created? We can see if they indicate a cause if you send them to us.

No crash logs were created. The folder is empty. It does not happen that often to reproduce that simple (might happen every other day or every two weeks). It does not seem to have a real reason... moving the files afterwards does not cause any crash... thus it semmes not related to any corrupt file.

As far as the feature is concerend, the idea was to assume that something might fail and be therefore prepared to backup the queues...
