Registration Expiring

I am being told that my registration is expiring. When I go to renew, I am unable to do so using my Registration Code. It also says the type of certificate is Evaluation. Not sure why as I have been a registered customer for more than 4 years.

How should I go about renewing if my registration code doesn't work?

It sounds like the wrong licence file is currently installed, unless you're still using the Opus 12 beta or eval licences.

For questions about licensing or purchasing, please contact Sales. They can deal with individual licence queries. I'm not able to look up any of those details myself.
