Reinstalling dopus after reinstalling windows

I have a license for dopus 13, but had to reinstall windows. Now trying to reinstall dopus on the same machine, but since it's been over a year, it says my "upgrade subscription has expired." Any alternative, or just buy the renewal? TY.

If your update subscription has expired, you can either renew it, to install the latest version, or install an older version.
