Relatively new to DOpus and despite having gone through the manual and searching for answers re: remapping keys I'm having trouble w/ a couple of issues .
First, is there a way to use different keys other than the arrows for moving up, down , left and right?
Second, I can set a "Go to My Computer" key but would like to set a "Go to C drive."

You can set hotkeys to Select Prev and Select Next to create other ways of moving around in the window. I think that's the only way, without using a 3rd party program or mouse/keyboard driver that can tell Opus (and other programs) to scroll around.
To change what the My Computer button on your keyboard does, use the Keyboard Control Panel. You should be able to specify any command for the key so just set it to the folder that you want to open instead.
