Sorry but I have tried as much as possible to find the solution myself... but no!
When I plug an external drive it is still Windows Explorer opening and I would prefer DO.
I have ticked Folders / Folder formats / Removable drives but it didn't change it.
I have also tried with Folders / Automatic upload / Removable drives (not sure if the translation is correct) but nothing again.
So, what to do?

It's a Windows setting, not an Opus one. Search for "AutoPlay" in the Windows Settings UI.
