It's driving me nuts, I open that menu unwantingly way too often and when it opens it shows this big list messing up my flow. How can I disable this menu while keeping undo enabled as a an option elsewhere?

Settings > Customize Toolbars > Context Menus. There are separate menus for different folder types, but Lister Context is the main one you'd see in normal folders.
