My start out question is - can I change the color of the group entities in the rename dialog?
See below in red boxes.
My renaming presets are out of hand which you can see.
I did read here:

All dialogs including Rename use the same font, which in Opus 13 is configurable:
I also see from the screenshot posted in Link1 that in dark mode the group entries in prefs stand out quite nicely from the grouped entities. Screenshot below is from Link1:
So from what I can tell
I can change the font for all dialogs (including rename)
Pref > Colors and Fonts > Fonts > Dialogs.
This is the font not the color. (so not what I am after)
Color changes are available in 2 places:
Pref > Colors and Fonts > Fonts > Directory Opus Colors;
and
Pref > Colors and Fonts > Fonts > Windows Opus Colors.
I am looking through these but dont see what I am after.
Does it exist?
