As many others I have no hard disk devices in my kit. Yet in "Dieser PC" I still see Hard Disk Drives as titel over the internal storage devices. Correkt would be:
Internal Storage Devices or
Devices with Fixed Storage or just
Storage Devices.
We have something in the pipeline for this.
