Rename Help: Increase Numerical Values

I want to rename from:

01 - unchanged 02 - unchanged 03 - unchanged ... to:

08 - unchanged 09 - unchanged 10 - unchanged ...
Thanks.

N.B. The increased value of 7 is just an exmaple. Both sides of "-" (hyphen) has exactly 1 space.

One way to do it:

Thanks, leo.

Hey Leo;

On the same topic, is there a way to incrementally add on to an existing set of numbers without having to do as you showed above? i.e automatically find the last number and add one?

For example, I have a folder of pics, let's say, that are named "01 - Florida 2009" etc. up to "190 - Florida 2009". Is there a way to rename some recently imported photos in that same folder to start at the last number plus one and increment by 1?
So, in the example above, the new files would be renamed "191 - Florida 2009", etc...

Let me know if I'm being clear enough... :slight_smile:
Thanks in advance.

Grew, This is probably what you want:

Thanks, Leo. Doesn't seem to solve my 'problem', that I can see...being techno-blind (illiterati as I am) and all...but no worries. I'll fudge around and see what I can come up with. Thanks anyways. If I find it out I'll post the results. As always, thanks for the quick and helpful responses. Cheers.
