In my world, this seems next to impossible to figure out on my own so I'm here to ask the experts. I have been removing duplicate photos from my voluminous albums and now I have this problem:
LSmith_at_Seaworld_03.jpg
LSmith_at_Seaworld_06.jpg
LSmith_at_Seaworld_08.jpg
LSmith_at_Seaworld_10.jpg
What I would like to do is run a script that will keep the description but re-number the files like this:
LSmith_at_Seaworld_001.jpg
LSmith_at_Seaworld_002.jpg
LSmith_at_Seaworld_003.jpg
LSmith_at_Seaworld_004.jpg
Is this possible and if so can you please show me how? I have been performing this process manually and is quite labor intensive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
