When renaming icons in list/details mode this can happen.
Once this happens and you switch to thumbnail view, the icons are displayed correctly. Then switching back to list/details the icons are the same as demonstrated in the gif.
Will return to normal when exiting and starting DOpus, doesn't help if you restart DOpus with dopusrt.exe /restart
Again, I forgot to test this in explorer before creating the post! Yes it's happening in explorer, do you think it's something related to the icon cache?
