Replace newest files only in copy or move

I am trying to duplicate something that works well in WinSCP. There, when attempting to copy a file to a directory where it already exists, I am given the choice of only copying the file if it is newer than the one already there. This is very useful for backing up. Can this be emulated in Opus? Thanks.

Basically the command you want is

Copy UPDATEALL

Below is a screen shot of the way I use it. I added the updatetolerance=3602 argument to compensate for daylight saving time shifts and file timestamp accuracy between NTFS and FAT drives. The whenexists=replace tells Opus to not prompt me about replacing the file. You may want to be prompted, if so change that to whenexists=ask

Thank you so much! It works well!
