Join dialog improvements

I'm using the Join command quite a bit nowadays. I have two feature requests for the dialog:

  1. Place cursor in the Output file edit box so we can immediately start fixing the output filename.
  2. If all files being joined are one filetype, make it so the output filetype will be the same.

It would be great if they were added as optional arguments to the current Join command so they don't interfere with any scripted actions people might already be using.

The Join dialog now puts the focus in the output filename field by default. If all input files have the same file extension, the default output filename will now be given that extension as well.

I just tested this with the 12.20.1 beta version in my own work and it works very well. Thanks, @Jon and @Leo!
