Currently it seems the only way to add labels is one by one and if you have quite a few to import.. this takes time.. It would be nice to have an automatic import all from file ( category could be named the file-name and each label could either be numeric 1 through n [ currently not possible as names will collide despite being in a different category ], or filename_{n} with each icon set to both status and file [ it is easy to click X to remove ] or have the option on the import dialog how to import [ better: checkmark set icon to file and / or status icon ] )...
Duplicate Label would be a nice feature too once the naming collision issue is resolved ( Another example: I have a category of "Highlighters" with Red, Green, Blue, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and another category with Ink Color [ ie one changes background / highlighting, the other changes text color; I can't use any of the colors I set up as a highlighter as the name of a pen color because of the collision issue ] )..
