To reset standalone hotkeys, type /dopusdata/ConfigFiles/hotkeys.oxc into the address bar to locate the file to delete, then fully exit Opus (via File / Exit Directory Opus) and then re-launch it.
To reset toolbar hotkeys, reset each toolbar to its factory defaults and turn off any custom toolbars, or delete the hotkeys on them.
