Reset settings of Find dialog - possible?

Hi, can anyone tell me if it's possible to configure the Find dialog so that it doesn't recall the previously used settings for the "Name matching" & "Containing text" fields?

I've lost count of the number of times I've searched for files and not found them because the "Containing text" was filled with something I entered days ago...

I've tried a CONTAINING="" option, which didn't seem to do the job.
